Why we train:
Eating for Life
In order to eat to
live first identify all the harmful foods that you
are currently eating. Start small and eliminate one
type of food at a time. Changing bad habits takes
time, make small changes and celebrate the victories
along the way! Before you know it you will
reach your healthy eating goal. The key is not
to eat less, but to eat higher quality foods.
Whatever foods you remove from your diet can be
replaced by a healthier version.
Foods
to Reduce or Eliminate from your Diet:
Fatty cuts meat, sugar, fried foods, and simple
carbs (white bread, bleached rice, pasta).
Healthier foods to include in
your diet: Chicken, fish, whole grains
(Whole wheat pasta and bread, brown rice) fruits and
vegetables
