Beginner/Advanced Self-Defense
includes Wing Chun Fut (WCF) and Traditional Wing Chun (TWC)
Curriculum.
WCF-Wing Chun Fut—This class is
a self-paced program that utilizes the 7 different styles of
Kung Fu along with Master Lee’s Hand Grappling system.
Students get proficient at fighting early. This is the most
physically challenging style. This style gives you options
that allow you to fight without hurting your opponent. The
advanced class has an emphasis on Hand Grappling and allows
for more class time sparring.
TWC-Traditional Wing Chun—This
is Master Lee’s foundation style. This style is very deadly
and takes a slower approach to the fighting. This is for the
perfectionist…the person not in a hurry. Master Lee refers
to these students as the holistic trainers. Some will learn
combat, while others perfect the self-defense skills and
lifestyle.
Chi Kung/Loi Kung—This class is
the highest form of martial arts training. The focus is
internal breathing and stretching, slow moving katas. This
style will allow the student to learn to elevate the chi and
move it around internally to attack body weaknesses. This
class will benefit people with injuries, health issues, and
those who want to get control of the mind.
Kid’s Kung Fu—This class is for
ages….3 up to 11. This style teaches self-discipline,
self-confidence, and lifestyle. Younger students may need
direct parental participation while older students require
parent cheerleaders to motivate.
We humbly invite
you to join us for two free classes. We offer a variety of
classes and times enabling you to select classes that suit
your needs.
